During the meeting, representatives from participating departments presented reports on activities undertaken over the past month. The presentations covered ongoing projects, awareness campaigns, capacity-building programmes and public outreach initiatives, while also outlining future plans to improve service delivery and citizen engagement.
The discussions focused on enhancing coordination among departments and improving the visibility of government initiatives through better planning, timely dissemination of information and wider use of both conventional and digital media platforms.
Participants also discussed aligning communication strategies with national priorities and ensuring effective dissemination of information relating to flagship government programmes and schemes. Members reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat through clear, accurate and citizen-centric communication.
The meeting concluded with participants reaffirming their commitment to sustained collaboration, regular information sharing and continuous improvement of communication practices. They agreed that strengthening the IMPCC platform would help build a more transparent, responsive and citizen-focused public communication system in Manipur.
